The house is situated on a soft hillside with broad stairs made of natural stones and has a beautiful view to the mountain Montgo, the small town of Javea with its bay and surrounding hills. From the roof terrace you are enjoying a 180 degree panoramic view.You can also enjoy spectacular sunsets.
The garden is set up in terraces and nicely planted.
There are 2 separate flats in the house, in total 4 bedrooms especially convenient for large families. You are entering the upper flat from the road level. It is the larger flat with balcony and great view, from here you also enter the roof terrace.
